Seeding Sustainability encourages changes

The theoretical and practical course of three months begins with classes that promote the nutritional value of food and the notion that environmental balance is key to the sustainability of life of any living thing on earth. The work in the garden and in the kitchen ends with a tasting of the sown, grown and harvested food.
